Wisconsin File
Historical research on Wisconsin can be done with the newspaper clippings, pamphlets, and copies of magazine articles in the subject files make up the Wisconsin File. It is located in the Reference area on the second floor of the library. Most of the materials cover the time period of the mid-1970s through December 2003, although there are some older things too.
Magazines
The library subscribes to several magazines that have a Wisconsin focus: Door County Magazine (online), Madison Magazine (online), Milwaukee Magazine (online), The Municipality (online), Packer Report, Wisconsin Magazine of History (article archives), Wisconsin Natural Resources (article index), and Wisconsin Taxpayer (online). Wisconsin Trails is now only (online).
